This class is for those who are training at a beginning ballet level, or students returning after many years away from the art form and wishing to ease back into ballet. This class focuses on foundational ballet technique with an emphasis on posture, balance, strength and flexibility. Please note, this is not an absolute beginning ballet class. There is assumption that students have some dance knowledge.
